Job Description:
We are looking for an Administration & Support Services Manager at our Auburn Warehouse.

To be successful in this role, you will manage a Team who are the first and last point of contact for each customer, enabling us to continue our legacy of providing them with an exceptional experience.  Your dynamic nature and 'people first' leadership approach will allow you to manage the smooth and efficient customer service process.
You will have a strong Administration background, with a focus on attention to detail, great organisation and planning skills, and strong time management capabilities. You will have managed a team of more than 20 people in a retail, hospitality or customer service management role. You can work in a busy, fast paced environment managing large budgets and expectations. Most importantly you know the value of fun and energy in the workplace and your enthusiasm, drive and passion motivates your team!

Responsibilities:

 

  • To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of administrative and accounting functions in accordance with company procedures.
  • Fostering an excellent work culture by empowering and inspiring team members
  • Provide coaching and training for team members to ensure an environment of continuous improvement, and to provide opportunities for growth
  • Team member recruitment, performance management and rostering
  • Promoting merchandising standards
  • Fully supporting all advertising and promotions to maximise returns.
Skills:

 

  • Management experience in a high volume environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop a medium sized team
  • Effective planning and organising skills
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • A 'Hands On' approach to teamwork.
